Here at Blvd Chic, we strive to offer high-quality, fashionable pieces that you’ll love. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined our return policy below to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
Timeframe: Returns & exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, accessories (Jewelry, handbags, etc.) and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Authorization: Email us at [ blvdchic@gmail.com ] to request a return authorization. You’ll receive instructions on how to return the item by mail, if the return meets our return policy guidelines.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned item(s) are processed. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges: Exchanges for size or color are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll gladly offer store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days from receiving the item, and we will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Standard shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days and will arrive via USPS
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Excluding weekends & holidays.
Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progresss.
